Brodetto Recipe

This is our take on a traditional Italian fish stew which we cook in our wood-fired oven.

Serves 2
6 Mussels, cleaned and in their shells
4 clams, cleaned in their shells
3 scallops, peeled
2 prawns, peeled
100g king fish, cut into 4 chunks
50gms Roma tomatoes, diced
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Tsp fresh chilli, finely chopped
Tbsp parsley, chopped
Generous drizzle of white wine and extra virgin olive oil


Combine all the ingredients in a cast iron pan and cook in 200 degree oven for 8 minutes. Season to taste and serve with a hunk of crusty bread to soak up all those delicious juices.
