Our chef and his team has prepared a beautiful 3 course menu to celebrate the very special day of Father’s Day at $75 for adults and $45 for children, who will enjoy their own 3 course menu …see below.


ANTIPASTI-ENTREES
Carpaccio  Beef Carpaccio with truffle oil dressing, fresh herbs, parmesan,  and radish

Asparagi con prosciutto  Asparagus wrapped in prosciutto, poached egg, semi dried tomatoes, balsamic glaze

Capesanti  Fresh scallops in shell with parmesan, caper crumb served with watercress salad

Pizzetta  Home made mini pizza with our home grown chicory with buffalo mozzarella 

 


SECOND – MAIN

Filetto Di Manzo  Eye fillet, beetroot and horseradish cream, pickled, crumbed ox tongue, turnip with red wine jus

Pesce Crumbed Orange Roughy with carrot, capsicum and saffron puree

Gnocchi  Pan fried gnocchi with semi dried tomatoes, basil, zucchini and buffalo mozzarella

Fettuccine  Porcini fettuccine with chicken cacciatore and sweet potato chips

 


DOLCE – DESSERT

Nutella Brownies  Nutella brownies, caramel sauce with candied hazelnuts

Pavlova  Classic pavlova with passion fruit and fruit salsa

Mele  Apple cream, calvados, green apple and cinnamon granita

Ciliegie con grappa  Our house made grappa marinated cherries, mascarpone mouse and bomboloncini
