ANTIPASTI – ENTREES

Zucchini flowers battered and fried, filled with buffalo ricotta and mint and accompanied by mint and fennel salad, balsamic and olive oil dressing.-GF*NF*VEG

Preserved baby octopus with radish, karkalla, mint, chilli, lemon zest, capers & olive oil dressing.-GF*NF*DF*

Assaggini Aleek & potato terrine with bresaola, ham hock cubes with gherkin, gaufrette potato with yoghurt, onion and tomato salsa, chimichurri with fried sage -GF*NF*

Quail in shortcrust pastry with gorgonzola cream, roasted grapes, wine reduction and seasonal leaves NF*
