ANTIPASTI – ENTREES

Collezione crostini di pomodori tomato crostini prepared three ways: red tomato with oregano, green tomato chutney, grilled tomato, all accompanied with bocconcini and rocket.-GF* 

Salsiccia Duck neck sausage filled with pork, parmesan crumbed asparagus, halloumi and capsicum salsa with watercress salad.-GF

Assaggini A trio of sea food including Campari cured salmon with black caviar, pickled enoki mushrooms, oyster with gherkin salsa, scallop in shell with herb crust, served with squid ink grissini GF

Agnolotto  Pasta filled with pumpkin, sage, ricotta with current and pine nut dressing and parsnip crisps V

Pesce  Fresh fish of the day 

Filetto Di Manzo Prime Angus Beef eye fillet, beetroot and horseradish cream, crumbed, pickled ox tongue, turnip with red wine jus GF*

Ripiena Ravioli filled with cream cheese, confit fennel , hazelnuts and cumin infused Napoli

Bombolone Frozen nutella filled bombolone with coffee cream and jelly

Pavlova classic pavlova with fruit salsa and passionfruit GF DF

Gelato served with crostoli and strawberries GF*
