Any children in a group, aged 3-11, enjoy their own 3-course a la carte menu at 45pp.

ANTIPASTI – ENTREES

 A seafood trio of grilled scallops, prawns and salt & pepper calamari with a salad of apple, walnuts, rocket, witlof and caramelised beetrootGF

Pollo  Tender sous-vide poussin breast, creamy leek timbale, crispy enoki mushrooms wrapped in prosciutto served with a burnt butter & avocado puree, finished with cherry tomatoesGF

Assagini  A sharing platter of prosciutto, mortadella, truffled salami, marinated vegetables, marinated olives, zucchini goats cheese rolls and our pumpkin seed pesto served with housemade grissini-V –Vgn -GF*

Zucchine a strati  Layers of zucchini, olive and salted ricotta topped with a parmesan cannoli, dressed with a mushroom & leek sauceV

Pesce  Fresh fish of the day with seasonal accompaniments

Filetto Di Manzo  Eye fillet of grain-fed Platinum Angus beef with slowly cooked rib of beef with seasonal beans, roasted shallots, baby kale, herb oil and horseradish creamGF

Gnocchi Housemade celeriac gnocchi with whipped lemon ricotta, green pea cream, shaved pecorino and crispy sage leavesV  

 

DOLCE – DESSERTS

Semifreddo Chef’s take on the classic semi-frozen Italian dessert: ours is nougat and pistachio served with pistachio wafers and a burnt honey ice creamV -GF*

Crostata  Strawberry scented tart filled with an estate Limoncello mascarpone served with fig biscotti and Chef’s orange saffron sorbetV

Torta di Formaggio  A white chocolate cheesecake, chocolate mousse, berry compote and an estate licorice-liqueur-infused crumb 

Formaggi  Specialty cheese served with our crostini and onion jam-GF*
Drunken Buffalo: a sensational buffalo milk cheese matured with red wine skins; crafted by Melbourne’s own Vinea MarsonV

Le Délice de Bourgogne: a luxuriously classic triple cream French brie
