Here’s a SAMPLE of the sort of sumptuous sharing menu you can expect. Our head chef personally selects each dish which is presented on a platter for all to savour. 

Enjoy 4 or 5 courses for $80pp and $85pp in our restaurant La Sala.
Experience  5 courses in our exclusive private dining room La Cantina for $100pp.  Min. of 10 adults. Max.of 14 guests.

Slow cooked pork belly with poached peach, torn burrata and apple pearlsGF  


Parma prosciutto, cacciatore salami, marinated olives, a smoked lemon-leafwrapped diavoletto cheese and housemade herb and garlic focaccia 


Olivigna Fantasia  Individual scrolled pizzas with smoked scamorza cheese, fior di latte, proscuitto cotto, seasonal mushrooms and black truffle cream
This is the course not included in the four course option in La Sala

Half potions of the following two dishes will be served at the same time
Accompanied by crisp herbed potatoes   

Filetto Di Manzo  Eye fillet of grain-fed Platinum Angus beef wrapped in pancetta served with zucchini flowers, green peas, broccoli puree and a herbed horseradish vinaigretteGF

Pesce Fish of the day with seasonal accompaniments 

Chef’s selection of three desserts. Regular favourites include:

Vulcano al Limoncello  A lemon and almond sponge with a molten center of lemon curd, infused with Anna’s Limoncello 

Rosa Brulee  Turkish Delight crème brulee, rosewater madeleine & a pistachio crumb

Bombolone  Our Italian donuts filled with Nutella, dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with a berry sauce
