Across three hours, in hands-on experience, learn from scratch how to make your own salumi. You’ll use two much-loved family recipes, along with traditional techniques, specialised equipment and the finest ingredients.  You’ll go through everything from meat selection to casing tips and curing guidance.

Your delicious efforts will be cooked in our bespoke wood fired oven then served to you in our private dining room with estate bread, olives, olive oil and a glass of our Sangiovese.

Your small-sized class will start promptly at 9.15am and conclude at 12.30pm.

$150 includes coffee, class, lunch, wine, recipes and amici!
