Salami MasterClasses

Olivigna Salami MasterClassLearn from an Italian expert how to make your own salumi. You’ll use a much-loved family recipe, traditional techniques, specialised equipment and the finest ingredients.  You’ll go through everything from meat selection to casing tips and curing guidance.

Your delicious efforts will be cooked in our bespoke wood fired oven then served to you in our private dining room with estate bread, olives, olive oil and a glass of our Sangiovese.

Your small size class will run from 9.40am till 12.45pm.
You will leave with the skills, recipes and confidence to duplicate your experience at home.
$150 all inclusive of coffee, class, recipes, notes, meal, wine and amici!

Tickets are bought here online with a credit card via PayPal (account not required).
Please note, tickets are transferrable but not refundable with less than two weeks notice. Also, missed classes cannot be refunded or transferred to another date. Thank you for your understanding.
